They are generally located in two areas, in the north-east near Bogles and in the south-west around Tyrrell Bay. Although some villas have a pool, unlike on Grenada, staffing on the island is generally limited to once or twice weekly maid service. Down Island Villas are the only rental agency for Carriacou villa rentals and they do a nice job. Most of the villa owners on this small Grenadine island also use Down Island for their villa rental and management services.
